Good customer service: Zulily.com
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Zulily. I recently received a dress from there that I LOVE but there were a few ink spots (barely noticeable to me, and hopefully not noticeable to anyone else). I decided to write an email to them about it wondering if I could get a replacement or something. Within 20 minutes on a SUNDAY, I received a reply not only refunding my money but also giving me a $10 credit to the web site and I can keep the dress. I gotta say that I'm pretty impressed with that customer service.
